I have been studying the phenomenon known as the Hum for 7 1/2 years now

The Hum is present in most parts of Alberta. It is a low frequency noise or pulsation that exists in the sub 50 hz range of sound.

Most people don't hear it. A percentage of people can hear it quite clearly

It is not something that has been acknowledged by those who are responsible for emitting it.

Governments and Regulators are pretending it does not exist.  

this is the most plausable explaination.
